About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a keen eye for detail who can take on the role of a teams personal of a Professional Services Firm. You will also contribute to the smooth running of the office by undertaking general clerical and administrative functions for a team of accountants including preparation for meetings, corresponding with clients and preparation of important client documentation.
This is a diverse role and as such your main responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the director for efficient and effective management of the firm and client service function
- Team reception duties including answering incoming telephone calls, make outgoing telephone calls and greet clients on arrival
- Schedule and diary management of director and team of accountants including appointment scheduling and communications with clients and team
- Preparation and provision of information and documents for firm and client management and meeting requirements
- Filing, scanning, client correspondence, drafting correspondence, mail & printing
- Providing general office and administrative support and interact with the Office Manager to ensure efficient operations of the firm
The ideal applicant will possess:
- Good communication skills;

- MS Word & Excel experience and skills;
- Ability to multi task, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
