The Role

To develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients by applying advanced legal knowledge and practices as well as providing accurate and high quality legal advice. Your duties will include:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular and effective communication;
• Take an active role in building the external profile of the firm;
• Actively coach and mentor authors and legal support team members both technically and professionally;
• Actively build strong internal and external relationships and proactively coach and mentor junior authors, fee earners and administrative team members, contributing to training and development initiatives as required;
• Adapt case strategies and approach negotiations of costs with clients and defendants with a commercial mindset to ensure a positive financial outcome for the firm;
• Actively contribute to the development and enhancements of legal precedents;
• Identify strategic opportunities to enhance the firm's brand through various external channels including media and industry events; and
• Effectively run Personal Injury matters from start to completion in a timely manner.

About You

If you're a motivated individual with:

• 6+ years PAE;
• Experience in personal injuries or litigation;
• Autonomy and the ability to seek assistance when needed;
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional drafting skills;
• Effective communication and workload management skills; and
• A team player attitude.
