Personal Injurty Lawyer - Plaintiff

This highly regarded practice who are based in Sydney’s CBD is seeking to recruit a Personal Injury lawyer with 3-5 years post admission experience to join their high performing team. The suitable candidate will be a talented and ambitious lawyer who enjoys working on a broad range of personal injury matters with a large focus on Workers Compensation, MVA, Public Liability and Medical Negligence cases. 

The position will be located in their Sydney Office and you will be joining a very well-established and highly successful practice. This role will suit an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer who ideally has recent experience in acting for the Plaintiff. Work will include drafting of all court documents, general carriage of matters, court appearances and attendance at settlement conferences/mediations. You will be capable of working autonomously as well as part of a team where necessary. Reporting directly to senior management, you will be exposed to interesting and quality work as well as the opportunity to work on high profile complex class actions. 

This role is open to candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years’ PAE in NSW personal injury claims gained in similar environment (although candidates who have less experience with an excellent track record will also be considered).
