Personal Trainers Blacktown NSW

Personal Trainer Role:

Our Personal Trainer role at AF Blacktown is a full-time position on a contract basis and is available to commence for an immediate start while working with our Club staff to help support you as you grow your business. You will have complete ownership for driving your business, clientele, running group classes weekly, creating a fun gym environment for members and implementing a range of retention strategies to service members.

Our preference is for a female PT as we are replacing someone that left and we have 2 male PTs on staff, however, anyone with exceptional qualifications will strongly be considered.

Responsibilities:

Provide a high level of customer service in-club

Be willing to introduce yourself and educate members

Deliver quality fitness sessions; 1 on 1 and group fitness

Conduct initial fitness consultations with new or pre-existing members

Build & promote your business and services offered

Develop safe, fun and comprehensive training programs

Work alongside a team of Anytime Fitness staff

Contribute to a vibrant, fun and positive club culture

Help create fun content for socials and member engagement

Skills & Experience:

A passion for health, fitness and wellness

Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness- minimum

Level 3 First Aid and CPR

Working With Children Check & Police Check

Appropriate Insurances up to date

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A hands-on and positive "can-do" attitude with the desire to succeed

Excellent knowledge of fitness, training, nutrition and programming

Sound knowledge of safe exercise techniques, potential injuries and the ability to handle emergencies (First Aid)
