What Makes this Role Unique?

In our Psychosocial Disability team, you’ll work with people who may present complex and high-risk behaviours of concern as a result of mental health diagnoses or other conditions. We specialise in developing individual therapeutic models of support, ensuring every person receives care that is person-centred and evidence-based.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex psychosocial needs.
• Assist with daily living tasks and personal care where required.
• Implement individual therapeutic support models and development programs.
• Manage risk and ensure safety at all times.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Engage in active support that promotes independence and wellbeing

About You:

Whether you have experience in mental health or are new to the sector, if you share our values and passion, we’ll support you to succeed. If you don’t currently hold a qualification, we can explore a qualification agreement to help you gain the skills you need

What You’ll Need to Thrive in This Role

• NDIS Worker Screening
• Working with Children Check
• A current Driver’s License
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or similar qualification (we also welcome applicants without qualifications)
