Pest Control Service Technician

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a great attitude to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, based out of our Perth depot, servicing all around Perth and the WA region.

As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for working with commercial and construction clients to provide them with tailored pest solutions

What we need from you:

• Carry out pest control Jobbing work including general pest treatments, bird work and Pre-construction termites
• Willingness to work in a wide range of environments in all weathers
• Comfortable working at heights
• Excellent customer service skills to manage, maintain, and build upon client relationships
• Communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing
• Physically fit and the ability to work autonomously and drive long distances
• High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets
• An ability to consistently work within both our client's and Rentokil's safety parameters
• Confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet
• The ability to successfully acquire a Working with Children Check
• Escalate problems to Local Service Manager or Operations Manager where appropriate

Requirements:

• Pest Management Licence and 3+ years experience in the Pest Management industry OR willingness and aptitude to undertake studies and training to obtain Pest qualification
• Full Australian Drivers licence with a minimum 3 year driving history
• Ability to build customer relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as numeracy skills
• Ability to work autonomously

The successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen as well as background checks.
