Termico Pest Management is offering an opportunity to start new for those interested in becoming a Certified Pest Control Technician. About Us Termico Pest Management is part of the Termico Group, an independent, Western Australian owned company carrying out a wide variety of specialised home and building services. The Termico group was established in 1996 and services the Perth metropolitan as well as selected regional areas. Our Traineeship Termico provides traineeships, widely recognised as the best in the industry , that combine practical on the job training with in house classroom tuition. This provides an opportunity for people new to the industry to gain the necessary qualification & licensing requirements while being paid a full time wage. The Course works to obtain a Cert III in Pest Management and is delivered in our own dedicated training room by our own dedicated training manager who will guide you every step of the way. The traineeship is accredited by TAFE & over seen by ApprentiCentre to ensure a nationally recognised qualification.  Fully supervised training is provided initially, while learners progress to a Provisional license issued by the Pesticide Safety Division of the Heath Dept. Ongoing training over about 8-12 months advances Provisional License holders to the Cert III qualification & a Full Pest Management Technicians License. The Position All our technicians are trained to the highest level and provided with: Permanent full time position  Full training provided and paid for by Termico Pest Management- you do not have to go to TAFE A fully maintained vehicle and fuel card Uniform, PPEs, ipad, work mobile Advanced reporting system and equipment Daily work scheduled by the Office  Optional Saturday roster to earn additional income  Starting at $52,000 basic for new starters NP:Will only consider candidates residing in Bunbury / Busselton.  . Although you would be closely interacting with our Office in Malaga , coming to the office is not a daily requirement.   Responsibilities: You will be responsible for conducting pest inspections and treatments to residential and commercial properties, in accordance with Regulatory Standards and company policy & procedures.  The following requirements are essential for all applicants: Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Punctual & Reliable Able to work efficiently unsupervised Health and Safety conscious Have a can do attitude showing flexibility and adaptability Pre-Employment medical, Workers Comp & Police Clearance to be completed  Basic IT skills  Labour background preferred Willing to be trained to obtain a Certificate III in urban pest management Consent to go thorugh Pre-Employment medical, Workers Comp and Police Clearance   “Termico’ s positive and supportive environment makes for a great place to work.
