About the Role and Company:
Our client operates a well-established community pharmacy in Sydney's Inner West, known for its commitment to providing exceptional healthcare services. This is an ideal role for a pharmacist with experience working as a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) and a keen interest in advancing into a managerial position.

As a Pharmacist Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, manage a significant volume of scripts, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. You will be responsible for efficient dispensing using Fred Dispense and maintaining a high level of customer service.

This full-time position offers an overlapping shift with another pharmacist, 4 pharmacy assistants, and a retail manager, fostering a supportive and collaborative team to work with!

Requirements:

• Qualified Pharmacist: Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and current General Registration with AHPRA.
• Experience as PIC: Previous experience working as a Pharmacist in Charge.

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Organisational Skills: Ability to manage operations and lead a team effectively.
