Job Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately based on prescriptions from healthcare providers.


• Provide patient counseling on medication usage, potential side effects, and health management.


• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapies.


• Monitor patient health outcomes and adjust medication plans as necessary.


• Conduct health screenings and immunizations as required.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medications dispensed and patient interactions.


• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding pharmacy practices.


• Assist in the management of pharmacy operations, including inventory control and staff training.


• Stay updated on pharmaceutical advancements and participate in continuous education.

Essential Qualifications:

• Current registration as a pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.


• Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices, pharmacology, and medication therapy management.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare providers.


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Desired Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.


• Experience in a clinical or community pharmacy role is preferred.


• Proficient in handling various pharmaceutical software and technology.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Annual salary ranging from $74,000 to $95,000 AUD.
