We have a vacancy for a Retail Manager. 

Duties include customer service, stock management, ordering, merchandising, promoting services,products, promotions and events and supporting the team. 

Prior pharmacy retail management or stock contoller experience is essential.

• You must have experience as retail manager and/or stock contoller
• Positive "can do" attitude
• Empathetic and caring approach
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Highly organised and ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent personal presentation
• Confident with technology
• Pharmacy qualifications  highly desirable
• Able to work well as part of a team

• Establishing rapport with team and customers
• Catalogue and promotions
• Merchandising
• Stock purchasing and stock control
• Providing health and product advice
• Promoting pharmacy services
• Supporting the team
