Pharmacy - Retail Manager - Hiring Now

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing retail manager on a full-time basis - Monday to Friday to manage both Chemist Hub Panania and Panania Pharmacy. 

Great salary - Above Award Rate + negotiable for the right candidate 

Managing 2 small pharmacy teams, this role is also suitable for an experienced pharmacy manager or pharmacy assistant looking to develop their career in pharmacy.

In this role, your duties and responsibilities are: 

• Leading the pharmacy team: 
  - ensuring great customer service
  - managing the staff rosters 
  - payroll 
  - hiring 
  - organising staff training
  - maintaining a positive team culture
• Ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly
• Maintaining a high-level of presentation of the store
• Stock control 
   

About you: 

• Can work autonomously.
• Experience with stock management including: 
  - stock-taking
  - ordering
  - merchandising 
• Understand the importance of delegating and managing team members
• Possess a willingness to learn, have great communication skills with customers and team members
