Phone Sales Officer

As part of the ASX-listed Bapcor Group, we are committed to providing quality products, expert advice, and outstanding customer service. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Phone Sales Officer to join our Bunbury branch.

As a Phone Sales Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing exceptional service while supporting branch sales and operations.

You'll work closely with customers, account managers, and the broader branch team to process orders, manage enquiries, and ensure customers receive the right products when they need them.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and support branch sales activities
• Respond to inbound customer calls and email enquiries
• Process customer orders, invoices, credits, and quotes accurately
• Assist customers with product enquiries and order status updates
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support stock management activities, including stock counts and replenishment
• Assist with general branch and warehouse operations as required
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve branch sales target

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills and confidence navigating multiple systems
• Previous experience in phone sales, customer service, parts interpreting, automotive, mechanical, electrical or industrial products will be highly regarded
• A team-first mentality and a hands-on approach
