THE ROLE:

As a Photographic Retoucher, you will play a key role in producing high-quality retouched images across various sectors, including property, architecture, portraits, and aerial photography. In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone with natural leadership abilities who can inspire and motivate others to achieve excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Produce outstanding retouched images and illustrated floorplans while ensuring meticulous quality control.
• Collaborate closely with our team and clients to bring creative visions to life.
• Demonstrate leadership potential by taking initiative, providing guidance, and setting a positive example for others.
• Assist in training and mentoring team members to help them reach their full potential.
• Contribute to the overall success of the studio by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Photographic Retoucher with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills (experience in property or architectural photography is highly desirable).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, with knowledge of Illustrator and InDesign preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
• Previous leadership experience or a demonstrated ability to lead and influence others is highly desirable.
