Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose physical conditions and injuries of employees.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on employee feedback and improvement.
• Educate employees on injury prevention and ergonomics in the workplace.
• Work collaboratively with HR and management to promote workplace wellness programs.
• Provide training and workshops on physical health and recovery strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Physiotherapist.
• Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably with workplace injuries.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to develop rapport with employees and provide compassionate care.
• Knowledge of ergonomic practices and injury prevention techniques.
