As a successful new graduate applicant, you'll join our innovative training program where under the supervision of our accomplished clinical education team and managing partners, you'll receive ongoing mentoring and support, clinical education and 1:1 professional and managerial guidance so you can grow and best manage your physiotherapy career pathways.

WHAT YOU NEED

• An Australian physiotherapy degree
• Eligibility to work in Australia
• AHPRA registration
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Satisfactory criminal record and Working With Children check
• A passion for helping a diverse range of clients
• An in-depth understanding of MSK conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
• Initiative and resourcefulness
• An openness to being part of a close-knit team, and help to add to the positive work culture
   

JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute and execute new ideas to the clinic
• Grow and manage a mixed MSK caseload of private patients, insurance, EPC and workers' compensation cases
• Have a knowledge and an interest in providing a high quality service to clients and referrers
• Work effectively independently and as part of a team
• Receive and give regular feedback
• Communicate and report effectively to GPs, referrers and other clinical staff
• Option for running Clinical Pilates classes in addition to a regular musculoskeletal caseload (training in this field is available)
