• Manage resources efficiently to adhere to cost budgets.
• Maintain full compliance with internal financial control standards, plant business plans, and continuity strategies.

Reporting Structure:

• This role reports directly to the Finishing Operations Manager and is responsible for managing a significant fiscal budget.

Travel and Supervisory Responsibilities:

• The position involves up to 5% travel and includes direct leadership of up to 4 staff members and indirect oversight of up to 15 personnel.

Qualifications:

• A BA or BS degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred, supplemented by extensive technical training and a comprehensive understanding of plant leadership.
• At least 8-10 years of relevant manufacturing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in progressive plant leadership roles.
• Proven track record in team leadership and development.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, SAP database management, ladder logic, HMI, and ERP systems.
• Experience in warehouse and inventory management, including international shipping standards.
