Position: Plastics Injection Moulding Technician

Location: Moorabbin, VIC

Employment Type: Day Shift, Permanent, Full-Time

Compensation: $80k to $100k plus superannuation

Additional Benefits: Work 13 days per month, plus overtime

Further Benefits: All overtime paid at double-time, EBA pay increase

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup: Set up injection moulding machines, including die changes and IML robot setups.
• Process Optimisation: Fine-tune moulding processes, read work orders and technical drawings related to finished parts, adhere to weight and cycle time standards, and perform routine checks to ensure top-quality production.
• Maintenance: Address minor maintenance or tooling issues that may arise during production to maintain seamless operations.
