Platform Product Manager - Kaptio

As our Platform Product Manager - Kaptio, you'll shape the future of one of Intrepid's most critical business platforms. Kaptio is a specialist travel management application built on Salesforce that supports key reservations and operational processes across our global business. Working with business stakeholders, engineering specialists, Salesforce experts and external partners, you'll own the platform strategy and roadmap, ensuring Kaptio continues to evolve, scale and deliver exceptional value. 

You'll join at a pivotal stage in Kaptio's evolution. As Intrepid continues to invest in and expand the platform, you'll be responsible for driving adoption, optimisation, stabilisation and continuous improvement, ensuring new capabilities are successfully embedded and translated into measurable business outcomes while helping shape the platform's future direction. 

This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, bringing people together and turning business needs into meaningful product outcomes. You'll balance competing priorities, influence vendor roadmaps, improve integrations across our technology ecosystem, and work closely with teams across the business to maximise the value Intrepid receives from its investment in Kaptio and Salesforce. 

This is a full-time, permanent position based out of our Collins Street HQ, with the flexibility to work some days from home. 

Some of the experience you'll bring with you:

  3-5 years' experience in Product Management, Platform Management, Business Systems, Salesforce, or a similar role.

  Experience defining product strategy, managing roadmaps and delivering measurable business outcomes. 

  
  

• 
  

  Experience working with Salesforce, Kaptio, CRM, reservations, ERP or other enterprise SaaS platforms.

  Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with experience defining success measures, tracking outcomes and using data to inform decisions.

  Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment across business, technology and vendor partners.
