Job Description - PMO Coordinator

What you will do?

The Portfolio Management Office (PMO) Coordinator is a key enabler to the Planning & Execution function by administering the successful delivery of projects and programs. It ensures consistency, transparency, predictability and stability, for our Complete the Cloud and Stability goals.The role is responsible for supporting and enabling the following key reports and processes:

  • Planning, in collaboration with the product delivery community, Technology and key Business functions

  • Execution, including project delivery (Jira) and Risk and Issue management (RAID),

  • Reporting and analytics delivery and evolution, using tools such as Google Sheets, AHA, Jira and Looker Studio / Tableau

  • Other process such as resource requisition and approval for investment and technology teams

What experience do you need?

  • 3+ yrs of experience in project management, portfolio analysis, or related roles.

  • Proficiency in key planning and execution tools such as AHA and Jira, with the ability to administer and configure these tools to meet business needs.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau) is a plus.

  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and delivering value to the organization.

  • Valid and unrestricted working rights in Australia

What could set you apart?

  • Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.

  • Experience within financial services, and information technology arenas

  • Credit bureau and/or data analytics experience

  • Program management of business and technology projects

  • Project Management Office experience, or similar governance body
