About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a full-time experienced plumber to join an established team of down to earth good blokes. Reporting directly to the Manager who is very hands on and comes with well over a decade of experience himself. You will be working with a team who understand that open communication, running on time and their reliability sets them apart from their competition.Key ResponsibilitiesYour role will include but not be limited to: Reading blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing and water supply systemsAdhereing to building practicesOperating in accordance with workplace safety regulationsCutting, assembling and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure Installing and maintaining water supply systemsMaintenance and fixing work and more.... Skills & experience At least 2 years experience working as a plumber with a willingness to learn a new industry or working within the pool industry would be highly advantageous!Cert 3 in Plumbing or relevant qualificationsOther relevant licensesAustralian Driver's LicenseExcellent communication skillsThe ability to work autonomously Able to take direction well and learn quickly on the job CultureWhile the environment is described as cruisy, the whole team "rips in" together to get the job done but has a good time doing it. It's a relaxed environment but everyone works hard and helps each other. Standard business working hours and plenty of overtime opportunities!BenefitsDepending on experience, this role comes with an hourly rate of between $40 - $45p/h + Super + Overtime rates. Due to the immense workload there is definitely opportunities to progress into an "off the tools" role in the future for the right person.
