Portable Toilet Service Tech/Truck Driver - Exciting Challenge

About the role:

Due to continued expansion, an opportunity has arisen for the appointment of additional Portable Toilet Service Technicians based out of our Wollongong Branch in Port Kembla. This role is a full-time role and requires an initiative-taking, independent individual who can roll up their sleeves and be hands-on. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Inspect and clean portable toilets on site
• Replenish consumables (i.e., water, toilet paper) and cleaning agents
• Reporting any defects or issues to management
• Driving between designated worksites each day          
• Managing a high volume of portable toilet services that require pump outs, tank refills and cleaning across various sites on a daily allocated schedule
• Effectively secure freight load to ensure safe delivery 
• Perform general yard duties ensuring an organised safe yard 
• Relocating portable toilets to various sites as required 
• Picking up or delivering portable toilets via a Hiab Crane

The right candidate will need to have:

• The ability to work autonomously
• Hold a valid Car, LR, MR or HR Licence
• Construction White Card
• Valid driver’s licence with the ability to operate a manual vehicle
• Strong initiative
• Have effective communication skills 
• Take pride in the work you perform 
• Be available to work Saturdays when required
• A strong commitment to our customers to ensure we are delivering the highest form of customer service
