As a Porter Valet , you will be naturally confident with a clear understanding of what it means to deliver a truly unique guest experience. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests by answering all types of enquiries, handling of guest arrivals and departures, including assisting with their luggage.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and hotel teams.

A few of your responsibilities: 

• Transport, deliver and store guest luggage
• Assist with directions of hotel complex
• Valet and retrieve guests vehicles
• Provide general information of the surrounding areas

What we are looking for:

• A warm and welcoming approach to delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous grooming
• A sound knowledge of the local area and Gold Coast events
• Open Australian drivers license
• Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
