Portfolio Accountant

• 2 - 3 months contact that could extend to perm
• $50 - $60 + super per hour (depending on experience)

With the end of the year approaching and while others are signing off, now is your chance ramp up to secure a fresh new role. Starting NOW, this is the perfect opportunity to contract over the summer period and it could convert to permanent based on your strong performance.  
 
Building on your existing property accounting experience, you will report to a highly approachable Manager within this large business. As a key member of a close-knit team, you’ll provide accounting support for a group of assets managed by this well-known brand. They value their staff and have high employee retention and daily you will be responsible for preparing the accounts for these assets, including month-end tasks, accruals, prepayments, journals, and variance analysis.
