About the Role
Our office operates a portfolio based property management system.  The successful candidate will have the full responsibility of their own portfolio and should be proficient and capable in all areas of property portfolio management.  
Administrative support is provided in arrears management, tenancy application processing and trust accounting. 

Pre-requisites for the role
• Minimum two years experience in property portfolio management
• Current QLD real estate registration certificate
• Current Drivers Licence
• Experience with Property Tree and Inspect Real Estate highly regarded
• Proactive and enthusiastic team member

• Ability to take full ownership of both the role and the portfolio
