To be successful:
You will need to be registered, at minimum, as a Proficient Practitioner, in a Positive Behaviour Support role. It is important that you have a strong track record of supporting people with disabilities who require behaviour supports and ability to effectively implement plans that lead to positive outcomes. Experience, understanding and confidence working alongside people with forensic and/or complex behaviour needs will be highly valued.
We’re looking for someone who shines in collaboration and thrives on meaningful human connection. Your communication, both written and verbal, should be clear and concise, meaningful, relevant and accessible, allowing you to work effectively with participants, families, and a wide range of stakeholders.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who wholeheartedly embraces our person‑centred framework. You’ll take the time to truly understand each individual, building trust and forming genuine relationships. This depth of understanding empowers you to design supports that are not only inclusive and personalised; reflecting each person’s unique strengths, preferences, and aspirations.
