About the role
Join our Main Theatre team as a Registered Nurse (Grade 2), working in a Scrub/Scout capacity to provide safe, high-quality and patient-centred care throughout the surgical journey. You’ll work collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetic staff and the wider multidisciplinary team, using your clinical skills and evidence-based practice to support positive patient outcomes.

About the service
Operating Services at University Geelong Main theatre offers a round-the-clock service with ten operating theatres. Beyond elective surgeries, the department handles semi-urgent and emergency procedures. Specialities encompass Cardiothoracic, ENT, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Gynaecology and Obstetrics, Oral Faciomaxillary, Plastics, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Urology, Vascular and Robotic Surgery.
