As Practice Leader, you will:
- Drive the growth and development of our Faith portfolio, ensuring it meets the unique needs of religious institutions
- Build and nurture relationships with faith based organisations, understanding their challenges and delivering exceptional service
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand our presence in this specialised market
- Represent Gallagher as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the Faith sector
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience in insurance brokerage, with a strong understanding of the Faith sector
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team to success
- Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
- A passion for serving organisations that make a positive impact in their communities
- Key to this role is strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the commitment to deliver a positive experience for all clients. Ideally, you will possess experience in a similar role within the Insurance industry.
