As Practice Leader, you will:

• Drive the growth and development of our Faith portfolio, ensuring it meets the unique needs of religious institutions
• Build and nurture relationships with faith based organisations, understanding their challenges and delivering exceptional service
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand our presence in this specialised market
• Represent Gallagher as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the Faith sector

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive experience in insurance brokerage, with a strong understanding of the Faith sector
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team to success
• Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
• A passion for serving organisations that make a positive impact in their communities

• Key to this role is strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the commitment to deliver a positive experience for all clients. Ideally, you will possess experience in a similar role within the Insurance industry.
