Clinic Management
As a member of the Leadership team, you will collaborate with the Director, Speech Team Leader, and the OT Team Leader to achieve the whole clinic goals of meeting KPIs and being a great place to work.
You will be the point of escalation for invoicing, client feedback, and staff feedback. Working closely with the Director, you'll oversee the fee structures, marketing campaigns, and handle procedures and their implementation to the team.
There are many talented people in this team! You will be overseeing many aspects of the business and can lend your own flair to the role to make it your own.
