Tasks & responsibilities

Team Management 

  • Foster a positive attitude towards work within team members, and encourage employee motivation, feedback, professional development and a healthy work/life balance 
  • Support the admin team at Reception (2-3 days/week) 

HR 

  • Host and actively contribute towards admin, staff, leadership, HR meetings, supervision, and performance appraisals.  
  • Oversee OHS&E by conducting risk assessments and completing safety inductions and regular training.  
  • Manage workplace HR discussions confidently and proactively 

Marketing 

  • Write the client bulletin and oversee the twice-weekly Facebook post creation.  
  • Plan Marketing campaigns with the Director in quarterly planning meetings, and report fortnightly on metrics. 

Clinic Management 

  • Oversee clinic resources: room availability, stock orders, and subscriptions 
  • Run weekly reports on billable targets, bookings and outstanding invoices 
  • Review existing policies and procedures, and write new ones where necessary.  
  • Liaise with external stakeholders (eg childcares, referrers, IT, internet providers, Website, universities and TAFE) 

As a member of the Leadership team, you will collaborate with the Director, Speech Team Leader, and the OT Team Leader to achieve the whole clinic goals of meeting KPIs and being a great place to work.  

You will be the point of escalation for invoicing, client feedback, and staff feedback. Working closely with the Director, you'll oversee the fee structures, marketing campaigns, and handle procedures and their implementation to the team. 

There are many talented people in this team! You will be overseeing many aspects of the business and can lend your own flair to the role to make it your own.  

 

You will have:

  • Experience in HR 
  • Understanding of business and marketing for SME 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills 
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, Onenote, and Teams 
  • Flexibility with schedule changes and managing personal workload.
