About The Role
The success of thepractice manageris driven bytheir ability to co-ordinate the business, people, operations and services of the clinic.The successful applicate will work daily along side our Lead Veterinarian and Head Nurse to ensure we provide the highest standard of services for both patients and clients.
The ideal candidate will thrive onmanaging a busy clinical setting which involves:
Overseeingall operational and staff matters within the clinic and is responsible for communications, procedures and business services.
Taking the leadon all employee matters including recruitment,workforce planning,rosters,health andwellbeing,recognition awards,people performance,training and development.
Being highlyengaged in ensuring an exceptional customer experience – this is one of our highest priorities!
Managingthe financial performance of the clinic,stock control,procurement,accounts, budgets, and profit and loss.
Leadingon work health and safety compliance, facilities and maintenance, assets and equipment as well as cleaning and presentation standards.
Workingclosely with the Clinical Leadersto uphold industry standards and innovation, clinical governance and strategic direction and decisions of the clinic.
Workingclosely with the Regional Manager tochampion change,improveclinic performance, drive client engagementandcreate high performing service environments.
About you:
Minimum 2 years experience with practice management or Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing
A keen desire toalways deliver excellent standards of patient care and customer service.
Excellent general computer literacy
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A genuine love for animals and their people.
A team player with a healthy 'can do' attitude and enjoy being part of a positive team culture
