Practice Manager - Energetic Workplace

This fantastic opportunity is for a highly motivated individual to play a key role in the success of this busy general practice. Offering a supportive working environment and the chance to make a real difference in patient care,

You will be responsible for all for day to day operations ensuring a smooth workflow and optimal patient care, including, customer service experience, maintaining practice facilities to a high standard, management of rosters, financial reports and practice budgets, people management, adhering to and promoting company values.  

Bring your attention to detail and compliance skills and champion the quality improvement process and ensure the practice is maintained to meet accreditation standards.

Work with a full practice team to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment fostering teamwork and staff development.

You will have the support of a strong management team, however need to be able to respond to everyday situations with confidence.

Practice Manager Profile:

• Previous and recent Practice Management experience in a General Practice.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance skills
• Commitment to continuous improvement and quality care.
• Strong leader and mentor
• Experience and understanding of quality standards and practice accreditation
• Excellent communications skills – written and verbal
