The Role
As a Practice Manager of a well established litigation practice, your duties will include human resources including end to end recruitment, performance management, onboarding and offboarding processes, training staff, working with Marketing Agency to adjust lead generation and marketing strategies, assessing workload, build and maintain referral base, attend functions with Senior Solicitor, customer complaints, maintain and enhance client relationships, develop policies and procedures, quality assurance, back up for finance officer, working with finance officer to manage the financial aspects of the firm, overseeing administration staff, manage equipment, office services, facilities, develop and implement strategic plans for the practice, identify growth opportunities and any potential risks to the firm, working with the IT providers, premises management.
Your experience
You will have a minimum of 3 years practice management experience with a law firm.
The Law Firm / Benefits / Salary
Well established boutique law firm of 10 staff in their CBD office. Specialise in Litigation Law. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $90-120,000 + Super (pro rata'd if 4 days a week).
