Practice Manager - Maven Dental Cronulla

Join our warm and friendly team at Maven Dental Cronulla! Maven Dental Cronulla are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Practice Manager to lead our dedicated team and oversee the smooth running of our busy practice.

This position is ideal for an experienced Practice Manager or highly experienced Dental Assistant / Front Office Coordinator looking for their next challenge. 

As our Practice Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of our dental practice
• Support and develop our front office and administrative teams.
• Ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
• Implement and oversee efficient administrative processes.
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of dental care.
• Drive practice growth through innovative strategies and exceptional service.

• Previous experience in dental with management responsibility desirable;
• Certificate III or IV in Dental advantageous
• Prior experience in the professional day to day running of a practice desirable;
• Polished people management skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams to push & enhance staff productivity and performance;
• Ability to help deliver local area marketing initiatives that will help drive new patient numbers and practice growth;
• Proven business capabilities in reception and all of the administrative aspects that form part of running a successful practice;
• Proven ability and demonstrated success to drive business growth and maximise profitability;
• An ability to see process improvements and implement strategies and protocols to deliver exceptional patient experiences; And
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• OASIS Dental Software Experience desirable but not necessary
• High attention to detail
• Ability to run front desk when required
