Runaway Bay

Busy 4-chair centre | Strong general dentistry team

️ Full-time leadership role | Monday to Friday

Take the lead at a thriving Gold Coast centre with room to grow.

Some opportunities come with all the right ingredients already in place. Our Runaway Bay centre is one of them. With 4 busy chairs, a team of highly skilled general dentists and a loyal, well-established patient base, this centre is ready for a Practice Manager who can take it to the next level.

If you’re an experienced Practice Manager, a natural people leader or a Senior Dental Assistant ready for your next big step, this is your chance to lead a centre with momentum. You won’t be doing it alone, either. Your Regional Manager and our national support teams will back you every step of the way.

What we offer

• Permanent full-time position (Monday to Friday roster)
• A busy, established 4-chair centre with genuine room to grow
• A strong, experienced team of general dentists who are great to work alongside
• A loyal patient base that keeps coming back
• Competitive salary package with real career progression
• Ongoing training, coaching and leadership development
• Support from experienced regional and national operations teams
• A growing national network offering long-term career pathways
• All this, just minutes from the beaches and Broadwater of the northern Gold Coast

About the role

As Practice Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day running of the Runaway Bay centre. You’ll create a positive, professional environment where your team thrives and every patient leaves happy.

You’ll:

• Lead, mentor and inspire your team to deliver an outstanding patient experience every time
• Manage rosters, appointment books, patient flow and centre presentation
• Work hand in hand with our dentists to keep a busy schedule running smoothly and efficiently
• Spot opportunities to grow the centre and help bring them to life
• Ensure compliance with clinical and operational policies and procedures
• Track key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Partner closely with your Regional Manager on business goals, team development and centre growth

This is a role where you’ll see the impact of your leadership every day, with a team, a patient base and a centre ready to grow with you.

About you

You’re warm, organised and energised by a busy day. You lead by example, bring out the best in people and take real pride in a centre that runs well. You’re excited by growth and eager to make your mark.

You’ll also bring:

• Experience in dental or healthcare operations as a Practice Manager, Senior DA or team leader
• Confidence running a busy, multi-chair centre
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a talent for coaching and developing others
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, growth-minded approach and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
