Our Opportunity

To support the continued growth of both centres and provide greater leadership focus at each location, we have created dedicated Centre Leader positions for both our Victoria Point and Capalaba clinics.

Both centres are established community-focused clinics with supportive teams, loyal patients and experienced practitioners. These opportunities are ideal for experienced dental leaders looking for a new challenge, or healthcare professionals ready to take the next step into centre leadership.

As Centre Leader, you'll take ownership of daily operations, support your team to succeed, and play a key role in delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Whether you're interested in Victoria Point or Capalaba, you'll be joining a supportive network with strong regional leadership and genuine career development opportunities.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the centre

• Supporting and developing your team to achieve great outcomes

• Managing rosters, patient coordination and workflow

• Monitor and influence key financial and operational performance metrics

• Driving a positive patient experience and team culture

• Monitoring centre KPI performance and operational efficiency

• Partnering with your Regional Leader to support centre success

About you

You are a confident and organised leader who enjoys supporting people and creating positive patient experiences.

You'll bring:

• Leadership experience, ideally in dental or healthcare environments

• Strong rostering, patient coordination and organisational skills

• Ability to motivate and develop team members

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A proactive and solutions-focused approach

• Good commercial acumen and the ability to drive performance
