Practice Manager/Receptionist - Get Hired Fast

You will be responsible for the day to day running of a small but busy office located in Southport with free undercover parking. You will have the opportunity to look for areas of improvement and implement changes. REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of two years' experience in a busy Specialist Practice. 

Well presented with a friendly welcoming manner. 

Strong focus on customer service and patient care

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent phone manner

Accurate data entry skills  

Ability to work independently and problem solve

Experience with Medilink software would be an advantage.                                      

DUTIES INCLUDE

Front office reception.

Answering phones and making patient appointments in Medilink

Taking payments via eftpos and receipting payments                                         

Sending Claims to Medicare online and receiving payments back  

End of day balance

Calling Telehealth appointments                                     

Requesting patient pathology results                                              

Liaising with doctors, hospitals and other practices  

Some in-patient billing via eclipse (small numbers)
