About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to join our team. This role is Casual with the availability of Monday, Friday and one in four Sundays/Saturdays, there is also an opportunity for additional hours covering leave. Our ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a caring nature, high-level communication skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to work when required.

What you will bring

Your experience in health care will enable you to perform a range of clinical duties including; immunisations, wound care management, assisting with minor surgical procedures, maintaining patient records, and effectively managing the recall process. Experience in General Practice will be viewed favourably.

You will also:

• Hold current AHPRA Registration.
• Experience and a passion for driving our Chronic Disease Management (CDM) program
• Adjust to and implement change to benefit patients, staff, and the wider group.
• Have the ability to work independently, but also be a reliable team player.
• Provide excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Be self-motivated and possess a high standard of work values.
• Show enthusiasm and initiative with opportunities for quality improvement.

• Understand client and staff confidentially.

• Can prioritise tasks and manage time.
• Be committed to the brand and working arrangements; and
