Job Description - Pre-Delivery Manager

As the Pre-Delivery Manager for this dealership, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and high-quality workmanship within the Pre-Delivery department. Your main responsibility will be to oversee and enforce adherence to company policies, documentation, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth operation of the Pre-Delivery department by managing and maintaining high levels of efficiency and quality workmanship.

Monitor and enforce compliance with all company policies, documentation requirements, and procedures within the Pre-Delivery department.

Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Service, to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of vehicles to customers.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency and quality within the Pre-Delivery department.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry, preferably in the Pre-Delivery department.

Strong knowledge of vehicle pre-delivery procedures, documentation, and quality control standards.

Excellent organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
