JOB DESCRIPTION

Nexon is looking to for an experienced Presales Solution Architect with skills and experience aligned to Cyber Security. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical pre-sales for large government and enterprise customers and developing Cyber Security quotes, proposals, SoW’s, technology and process recommendations. Key Responsibilities

  • Navigate multi-disciplinary security conversations across network, endpoint, cloud, web and email security, SIEM and vulnerability management
  • Engage with customers and external stakeholders to understand their priorities, value drivers and needs. Provide well-conceived, clearly articulated, pragmatic solutions and recommendations to complex technology and business problems.
  • Development of scope and high-level designs for Cyber Security solutions including:
  • SASE and SSE solutions including SWG, ZTNA and CASB.
  • Managed Security solutions including SOC/SIEM and Vulnerability Management.
  • Endpoint Protection, EDR, MDR and XDR solutions.
  • Cloud Security solutions including CNAAP, WAAP and Cloud Native Services.
  • Secure Network and Next-Generation firewall solutions.
  • Facilitate high quality, timely technology estimates for solutions and roadmaps to ensure effective and profitable quoting of technology solutions
  • Ability to undertake pre-sales engagements, including opportunity identification and qualification, define solution architecture, bill of materials, estimate effort, perform product demonstrations and prepare quotations and statements of work with Nexon Sales Reps
  • Ability to conduct customer facing workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess low areas of maturity, confirm processes, requirements and to articulate priority areas and a recommended approach
  • Engage in Presales handover and Customer kick-off meetings to ensure requirements and value drivers are agreed and clearly understood between Customer, PMO and Delivery Teams
  • Contribute to the development of a high performing team that can build trust with the business and our customers to deliver high quality services and effectively navigate through a continually changing Cyber Security landscape
  • Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences

Experience & Knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Masters
  • At least 7 years of experience as a cyber security analyst, engineer, consultant or architect
  • Certifications, eg Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), Certification in relevant vendor security technology would be advantageous.
Working knowledge with multiple of the following vendor products: Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Forcepoint, SentinelOne, Crowdstrike, Elastic, Splunk, Netskope, zScaler, Mimecast, ProofpointWhy Nexon?
