At Green by Nature, we take pride in creating vibrant and welcoming spaces within East Sydney CBD. We're looking for a passionate and experienced Team Leader Cleansing to join us in our mission to enhance the beauty of Sydney's streetscapes and parks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your pressure washing team to effectively cleanse hard surfaces, including bins, tables, and chairs, ensuring optimal cleanliness and presentation.
• Take charge of overseeing the pressure washing operations in various public areas such as streets and parks, ensuring thorough cleaning and attention to detail in every corner.
• Continuously assess the cleanliness and appearance of targeted spaces, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to meet evolving standards.
• Offer valuable guidance and support to team members, sanitation efforts, and beautification activities to enhance the overall cleanliness and attractiveness of public areas.
• Provide comprehensive training and mentorship to team members, imparting knowledge on best practices, safety protocols, and efficient operational procedures in pressure washing activities.
