Pricing Operations Team Leader | 12- month fixed term | Docklands, VIC

The Role

Do you have a proven track record of owning a critical business function? We’re seeking a Pricing Operations Team Leader to drive governance, accuracy, and compliance across all pricing-related activities. You’ll lead a specialist team, ensuring strong pricing frameworks, accurate ERP and commercial system data and integrity across pricing governance. From overseeing approval workflows to improving processes, you’ll champion efficiency and continuous improvement. Partnering with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, IT, and the Master Data Team, you’ll influence best practices and enhance operational performance. Reporting to the Group Manager – National Pricing – Data Quality & Compliance, this is a chance to lead change, elevate standards, and make a real impact.

Responsibilites

• Lead, coach, and develop the team to drive performance and operational excellence.

• Manage workloads, priorities, and service levels to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

• Oversee pricing governance, approvals, and agreement compliance.

• Drive the timely rollout of RPA projects, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with business objectives

• Drive data accuracy, system improvements, and continuous process optimisation

About You

• Strong expertise in pricing frameworks and data governance

• Demonstrated leadership of medium-sized teams, driving engagement, performance, and delivery of key business outcomes

• Demonstrated process improvement and continuous improvement capability

• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners

• Project management experience driving systems or process enhancements
