Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Principal Engineer – AI / Agentic AI Architecture Lead to drive enterprise-scale architecture, technical strategy and delivery of AI-powered platforms and Agentic AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise architecture, full-stack engineering, AI orchestration, cloud-native platforms and LLM-powered applications. This role requires a hands-on technical leader capable of defining architecture, establishing governance and guardrails, and guiding engineering teams in delivering scalable, secure and reliable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-scale AI and Agentic AI architecture, technical strategy and solution design.

Define architectural standards, governance frameworks, security controls and AI guardrails.

Design and deliver scalable AI-powered platforms and intelligent agent ecosystems.

Drive integration of AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs and business systems.

Establish reusable frameworks for AI orchestration, RAG, vector search and knowledge retrieval.

Guide engineering teams across React/TypeScript, C#/.NET, APIs and cloud-native development.

Define human-in-the-loop workflows, escalation mechanisms and Responsible AI practices.

Drive agent observability, evaluation, reliability, performance and operational excellence.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and engineering leaders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Strong software engineering fundamentals across C#, .NET, React and TypeScript.

Extensive experience in enterprise architecture and solution design.

Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications and Agentic AI solutions.

AI agent development, orchestration and conversational application architecture.

RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, vector databases and semantic search.

API development, REST services, microservices and enterprise integrations.

Cloud-native development using Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.

CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing and production support.

AI security, governance, observability and performance monitoring.

AI / Agentic AI Capabilities

Building intelligent AI agents and conversational applications.

API/tool integration and enterprise system orchestration.

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search and knowledge retrieval.

Intent classification, NLU/NLP, entity extraction and context management.

Human-in-the-loop workflows and escalation patterns.

Multi-agent architectures and AI workflow orchestration.

Agent testing, evaluation, reliability and monitoring.

Responsible AI implementation and enterprise AI governance.

Highly Desirable Skills

Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.

Microsoft Semantic Kernel.

Dynamics 365 Contact Centre.

Voice Bots, IVR, PSTN and Contact Centre Routing.

Power Platform and Dataverse.

Synthetic conversations and automated agent testing.

Multi-agent orchestration frameworks.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a senior technology leader with a combination of deep software engineering expertise, enterprise architecture capabilities and practical experience delivering production-grade AI and Agentic AI solutions.

Candidates should demonstrate the ability to define technical direction while remaining hands-on in architecture, solution design and engineering delivery.
