In the role of Principal Business Analyst, you will engage and communicate with product and process owners, lead workshops to perform business discovery for ICT applications and business process currently in use, gather existing functional, business, and technical requirements and capture updated information within specified repositories. You will also coordinate the project sprints, planning and scheduling for respective activities and assist the SCRUM team with coordination
activities.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Complete detailed request gathering based on input from the business, staff, and vendors to capture business and technical requirements to the agreed standard and critically assess discovery information to identify potential dependencies between different applications / processes and updating information to reflect this.
• Effective engagement with business, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are communicated, understood and effectively incorporated into the project.
• Provide input and assist in the creation and ongoing updates of the project's plan and teams sprint dates.
• Manage and control requirement gathering / discovery sessions with CSB business teams, staff, and vendors to ensure the project team have a detailed understanding of the current state of processes and applications. In addition, document the information required for a detailed solutions to be created by technical experts and ensure that the project and business goals and expectations are aligned.
