As a member of our team, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters growth, innovation, knowledge sharing and creativity. \n\nAs a Principal Consultant, you will be a sales focused technology specialist, who is viewed as a trusted advisor by our clients. We will count on you to act as the technical lead on projects, overseeing a number of Technical/Delivery Consultants on larger engagements. Along the way, you will get to:\n\n * Research and evaluate client systems and architecture; drawing conclusions; and developing recommendations in accordance with engagement objectives\n * Discuss project scope and budget with the customer and direct the project scope to be implemented on time and budget without sacrificing quality\n * Act as a team leader on large engagements taking ownership of the project outcome and quality.\n * Identify and resolve project issues with our clients\n * Writing proposal components or letters of understanding, as needed, and responding to RFPs and other marketing situations\n * Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. When you bring your hunger, heart, and harmony to Insight, your potential will be met with continuous opportunities to upskill, earn promotions, and elevate your career.\n\n\n\nWhat we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Significant experience in professional services, with end-to-end experience across pre-sales, architecture, design and delivery.\n * Solid presales experience including leading client discovery workshops, translating business requirements into technical solutions, preparing and delivering tailored PoC\u0027s, developing solution architectures and proposals, collaborating with sales teams on RFP/RFI responses, and providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. \n * Significant expertise designing and delivering solutions using multiple Microsoft Azure data platform services (e.g. Fabric, Synapse, Databricks, Data Factory, Logic Apps, Analysis Services)\n * Experience designing and delivering Gen AI solutions using Microsoft technologies \n * Experience utilising Gen AI as a tool to deliver projects\n * TOGAF certification would be advantageous in this role\n\n\n\nWhat you can expect \nWe\u2019re legendary for taking care of you, your family and for helping you engage with your local community.
