Principal, Engagement Manager

Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions, ensuring comprehensive documentation that aligns with customer needs and business processes. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering or a related field. 5-7+ years of experience in functional consulting, professional services, and/or project management preferably for SaaS/PaaS solutions. Proven experience in implementing enterprise software solutions, with a focus on talent management, HR technology, or similar platforms. Proven experience in defining business requirements, leading design discussions and scoping level of effort for project work. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels. We are a team of self-starters who excel in their fields.
