The purpose of the position is to assist the Recorder of Titles by interpreting and applying relevant legislation to administer General Law and Torrens Title land ownership in Tasmania.
The position provides advice and legal guidance to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including staff, clients, professional groups, Ministers and senior government officials.
