Principal Structural Engineer

Our client is a leading international structural and civil consultancy with offices across the country. They are well known for their experience in technical building structures design in the high rise, industrial, education and commercial buildings sector.

They have a long established presence in the Brisbane market and have growing civil and structural divisions based in hyper modern offices in the CBD.

There flat structure allows them to be free of politics and red tape and are able to be nimble and adaptable to a changing marketplace.

The role

Due to growth within the business, they are currently searching for an experienced Principal or Associate Structural Engineer to join structures team and play a key role in the office.

You will play an important role within a large team, working alongside the structures lead you will help to develop and existing client base whilst growing the scope of existing projects and clients. This would be the ideal role for an experienced Senior, Principal or Associate Engineer who is frustrated in their current role and who wants to contribute at a strategic level.

With full support of the larger team and Section Lead this role is perfect for an ambitious Senior or Associate / Principal level Engineer

The requirements

• Chartered status
• 8yrs + experience in building structures 
• Knowledge and experience of the QLD market essential
• RPEQ essential
• Exposure to people management is preferred 
• Client development experience
