Private 1-on-1 Tutor (Qualified Educator) - Hiring Immediately

Full Spectrum Education is looking for passionate, enthusiastic educators and qualified teachers in Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. Full Spectrum Education offers high-end academic support to students in Victoria from Prep to Tertiary level in 1-on-1, weekly, 2-hour sessions.

We are hiring educators for all subjects across all year levels for immediate start.

We’re not your standard 'tutoring' company. We work hard to make sure our students fall in love with learning through compassion, empathy and honest care, and by providing an individualised academic plan specific for each student.

Position Overview

• Teach students in one-on-one, weekly, 2-hour sessions at their home
• Communicate with parents to organise lesson changes & additional work for students to complete
• Access to the Full Spectrum Network - an online platform our educators utilise to communicate, share resources and receive company updates
• Access to professional development assistance
• Working hours are primarily after-school and on weekends; however, as some Full Spectrum Education students are home-schooled, availability during the day is desirable (but not required)
• Access to our referral program for both educators and clients

Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher (in any field)
• A current Working with Children Check (or can apply)
• A current Victorian driver’s license and a vehicle
