About the Role

Due to continued growth, we're seeking client-focused Private Bankers to join our collaborative and high-performing team. In this role, you will:

• Grow and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
• Deliver exceptional service across banking, lending, and investments needs.
• Deliver our one-of-a-kind client value proposition.
• Build networks to attract new clients
• Navigate compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with Private Wealth teams to unlock wealth creation strategies.

About You

You're strategic, collaborative, and passionate about helping clients succeed. To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• Recent experience in a lending-focused role within Private Banking, Business Banking, Premier Banking or similar.
• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to maintain and grow referral networks.
• Expertise in consumer/residential lending, including complex lending and investments.
• A proven ability to develop trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• A detailed understanding of the wealth landscape and its ability to unlock wealth creation strategies.
• Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, or related field (desirable but not mandatory).
• RG146 accreditation (desirable, but not mandatory).
