What’s the role?

As a Private Executive, you'll build trusted relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, supporting them through every stage of their financial journey.

You'll take the time to understand what matters most to your clients, providing personalised banking and wealth solutions while connecting them with specialist expertise across Westpac Private. This is a highly relationship focused role where you'll combine exceptional service, strategic networking and proactive client engagement to create meaningful and lasting partnerships.

Working closely with experienced colleagues across Private Banking, Lending and Wealth, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your expertise while contributing to a collaborative and high performing team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country. 

What do I need?

• A passion for building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional experiences for high-net-worth clients


• Confidence identifying opportunities, growing networks and developing new business through referrals and professional connections


• The ability to understand complex banking, lending and wealth needs and connect clients with tailored solutions


• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with specialists across the bank to achieve great client outcomes


• Sound judgement, risk awareness and a commitment to doing what's right for customers
