What's the role?

As a Private Executive, you'll be responsible for building and nurturing trusted relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, supporting them through every stage of their financial journey.

You'll work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and aspirations, delivering personalised banking and wealth solutions while connecting them to specialist expertise across Westpac Private. This is a highly relationship focused role where you'll balance exceptional service, strategic networking and proactive client engagement to create lasting partnerships.

You'll also work alongside experienced colleagues across Private Banking, Lending and Wealth, giving you the opportunity to expand your expertise while contributing to a collaborative and high performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

This is a full-time role based in Adelaide / Tarndanya, Kaurna Country.

What do I need?

• A passion for building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional experiences for high-net-worth clients


• Strong lending experience and the ability to structure and support complex lending solutions for affluent clients


• Confidence identifying opportunities, growing networks and developing new business through referrals and professional connections


• The ability to understand complex banking, lending and wealth needs and connect clients with tailored solutions


• Strong collaboration skills, sound judgement and a commitment to doing what's right for customers
